LDS Word of Wisdom Means Being Disease Free and Healthy.

I very well may be the wisest person you will ever witness because I no longer remain loyal to any opinion or belief. I’m only loyal to what is true and factual or what can be proved. I don’t allow my emotions to affect my objectivity. Like you are now, I was ruled by emotion, opinion and belief and because of it I was no wiser than the average person with a PhD (Piled higher and Deeper PhD). After removing emotion, loyalties, opinions and beliefs I have become extremely well equipped to find the truth in all things and I honestly feel like I am the only one. Maybe this hub will prove otherwise.
I do enjoy movies and I was watching 2012 with John Cusack when I saw the line below in the movie and it said it all. It is a very important movie line….. in the movie the Buddhist Monk purposely overfills a tea cup till it spills on the table top and says: "like this cup you are full of opinions and speculations. To see the light of wisdom, you must first, empty your cup.”
If you cannot empty all your opinions, loyalties, beliefs and emotion from your cup you will never see the light of wisdom. You can’t just dump some of them out; you have to dump them all out.
I don’t believe in or disbelieve in God because I can’t prove His or Her existence one way or the other and I would be an opinionated fool to say I know otherwise. That statement will surely bring judgment from both religious people and atheist for calling them foolish but why would I care, none of them have any wisdom because their cups are overflowing with emotions, beliefs, opinions and loyalties and they are clearly devolving while I on the other hand evolve. I see no evidence of any God in any religion.
If there is a God, He or She knew what He or She was doing when man was created. Man has the potential to be very God like which goes along with the Christian bible about us being created in His image. I have studied many or most mainstream Christian religions and I know more about Christ and the Bible than any bible scholar because I have no opinions, beliefs or loyalties getting in my way, that and the fact that I personally know that humans have all the power the bible says we should have. I know there is no God guilty of heaping disease on us. I know it is our loyalties to modern medicine, technology and science that causes us to be diseased and the bible says as much. Social opinions, beliefs and loyalties are getting in the way of our evolution and improvements not an imperfect design.
One of the religions I have studied in great detail is the LDS, Church of Ladder Day Saints also known as Mormons. Mormons have a more disciplined religion which coincides with the demands found in the bible. They are more biblical than other mainstream Christian religions but not by much. They too are falling further and further from their own doctrines for sake of remaining loyal to modern technology and beliefs.
I had the pleasant opportunity to visit with a couple of the young LDS missionaries two days ago. They wanted me to attend Church and came to persuade me. I had explained to them that I saw no evidence that Christ was involved in the LDS church today. Because of human nature I’m sure they were a tiny bit insulted. Because of their youth and their missionary cause they handled my statement very well despite any possible offense.
I steered the conversation to the LDS Word of Wisdom, the church’s doctrine that governs what the Mormons drink and do not drink and other things pertaining to the health of church members. It is the doctrine that prevents them from drinking hot drinks like coffee and tea and from using tobacco or alcohol. There is great wisdom in not using these things, but not drinking or using the substances mentioned above do not entirely make up the Word of Wisdom. The Mormons are to use Wisdom in all things and if they do use wisdom in all things as commanded by their doctrine they will be healthy according to their doctrine. Their doctrine states….. Those who follow this counsel and keep the other commandments of God are promised that they will have "health in their navel and marrow to their bones," "shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint," "shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures," and "the destroying angel shall pass by them…and not slay them" (D&C 89:18-21; cf. Dan. 1:3-20;2:19-30).
Those are powerful words and though I do not know for sure if there is or isn’t a God I know for certain that if we live with actual wisdom we will be disease free, be cured and not be slain by our opinions, loyalties and beliefs that cause us to be diseased, sick and die.
I asked the young missionaries upfront if they believed in their Word of Wisdom and without hesitation they said “yes”. I asked them if they believed they would be able to run and not be weary and walk without fainting if they lived the Word of Wisdom and they said “yes”. Keep in mind I have great respect for these young men for the sacrifices they make. Without sacrifices, there can be no wisdom, and these young men have made many sacrifices but human nature is human nature and the boys are entirely too loyal to their beliefs and opinions and not nearly wise enough to know the truth yet.
The question I asked the missionaries next was whether or not they believed a LDS person could live the Word of Wisdom their whole life and still die at the age for 40 from the disease known as cancer and they promptly said “yes”. Because of their opinions, loyalties and beliefs they could not say anything but “yes” and their “yes” made the Word of Wisdom moot, obsolete, useless or just not true.
Naturally I asked how a person who is dead is able to run and not be weary and walk without fainting and have the destroying angel pass over them. Because of human nature and man’s existence on opinion and belief instead of fact they were caught off guard. Naturally their minds were spinning and working in high gear to come up with an explanation that allowed people to live the Word of Wisdom and still be incapable of running or walking. There was NO chance of them trying to work out in their heads how a person could actually live the Word of Wisdom and truly be healthy because of it. They had only one thought, and that was to formulate how the Word of Wisdom still had meaning despite the fact that it did not protect anyone or keep anyone away from the destroying angel.
I’m not passing judgment and if anyone is offended they are so offended because they are relying on their emotions, opinions, beliefs and loyalties not wisdom. I asked the boys if they were living the Words of Wisdom and they said “yes”. I knew for fact they were not. They both stood before me with very poor complexions and other obvious signs of less than perfect health. They did tell me they didn’t believe in perfect health because they are human, but what else could they say, they had no reason to believe in perfect health other than their own Word of Wisdom doctrine saying it was possible though it clearly held no tangible meaning to them.
Because of their skin I asked them if they used antiperspirants and naturally they said “yes”. I told them their complexion would likely clear up if they stopped using it and they sure thought that was disgusting but funny. I told them they were not living the Word of Wisdom when they used antiperspirants and I asked them if they would quit using them for the sake of wisdom and the Word of Wisdom and they quickly said “no”.
I asked them if they thought it was wise to use an anti-bowel movement every morning so they wouldn’t have to take the time out of the day to use the toilet. They found that humorous. I asked them how they could justify wisdom in taking a bodily function such as perspiring at the arm pits and block it with a chemical concoction stopping a natural bodily process of eliminating extremely concentrated bodily waste. They showed no inclination that there was any reason to let the body pass the foul smelling wretched waste clearly showing lack of wisdom.
If I witnessed a religion capable of discerning the truth and whose followers actually lived and followed the LDS Word of Wisdom per se I might suspect such religion of being of wisdom, light and truth. Before people attack the LDS Word of Wisdom, keep in mind it is simply a paraphrase of the Bible when it comes to the human temple. The bible makes it clear that man is designed and intended to be healthy, happy and joyful.
I’m not perfect or righteous as I often behave poorly however I don’t justify my imperfections the way religious people do or the way people with full cups do. What I do know for fact is the human body has the ability to kill any pathogen and cure any disease and this I can prove to anyone willing to sacrifice their opinions, beliefs and loyalties.

Discuss why humans are the only life forms on earth failing to evolve and learn what prevents you from evolving and being healthy.
Understand Politics Before You Can Understand Disease- Like politics, today's medicine is in it for the profit not the people.
I certainly would be very suspect of someone getting their health information from the bible. Do you also believe the earth is flat and only 5-6,000 years old and that at one time we were walking onto a ship with dinosaurs to avoid a flood?

Anyone care to make a comment. Whether you believe in the book of Mormon or not, the bible clearly states that disease is a result of poor choices.
There is nothing in the bible that could be construed as man requiring any technology for disease control or cures. According to the bible we have had everything we need from our creation.
Biblically speaking there is no way to suggest that we need to wait for mainstream science to heal us or come up with cures because all we need, already exist.
It really gets tiresome being the only person willing to represent the truth.
